UConn managed to advance in the NCAA Tournament by beating St. Joseph’s last night in overtime, 89-81.  Dom Amore of the Hartford Courant has the story.

Marc Tracy has written an excellent profile of ESPN’s Jay Bilas for New Republic entitled “The Most Righteous Man at ESPN.”  Bilas, of course, is well-known for his willingness to criticize the NCAA.  This article is worth a read.

Jeffrey Kessler Takes on the NCAA

Well-known sports labor attorney Jeffrey Kessler has filed an anti-trust lawsuit against the NCAA challenging its amateurism model.  Zac Ellis of SI.com interviews Mike McCann about the suit.
