O’Bannon Scores Victory Against ESPN

Michael McCann of SI.com and the Sports Law Blog covers the latest development in O’Bannon v. NCAA.  O’Bannon has sought certain television and licensing contracts from ESPN (which is not a party to the suit) and U.S. District Judge Alfred V. Covello has ordered ESPN to comply.

McQueary Sues Penn State

The USA Today has reported that former Penn State University coach Mike McQueary has filed suit against Penn State in connection with his dismissal from the university.  The article also includes a copy of McQueary’s complaint.

UFL Finds More Trouble
