In celebration of opening day of the 2011 Major League Baseball season, Attorney Bill O’Sullivan provided a lecture on the law of baseball to the Sports Law class that I teach with Rob Romano at Quinnipiac School of Law. Attorney O’Sullivan’s presentation covered the legal history of baseball from the perspective of a Mets fan and an attorney.
