O’Bannon v. NCAA Scorecard

Michael McCann has a brief article in Sports Illustrated summarizing two of the plaintiffs’ recent victories in the potentially game-changing case over the use of the likenesses of NCAA student-athletes.

New York Law School Sports Law Symposium

The fourth annual New York Law School Sports Law Symposium will be held on Friday, November 2, 2012 in New York City.  Click here for more information.  I attended the symposium last year and thought it was excellent.

Potential for NCAA Rule Changes
