Desmond Conner of the Hartford Courant and Peter Abraham of the Boston Globe report that the Boston Red Sox are attempting to bring UConn and Notre Dame to Fenway Park for a football game in 2014. It sounds as though the concept is in the exploratory phase, but it is undeniably interesting.
