Howard Baldwin’s Plan to Bring Back the Whalers

Will the NHL return to Hartford?  Not without a new or refurbished arena, according to the commonly held belief.  Howard Baldwin, President of Whalers Sports and Entertainment and chairman of the Connecticut Whale now has a plan to address this need.

Baldwin has unveiled a plan to revitalize the XL Center in Hartford, ultimately leading to the return of the Hartford Whalers or another NHL team.  See the video below:
