Interesting article about a sad and freak accident. I
disagree with the advent of a law suit for an uncommon
injury.
More parents should stay up on the safety of the sports their children participate in.

I enjoyed the post written by Mr. Warner very much. As he versed in litigation stemming from new stadium constructions, might he be able to shed some light on the headache for Season Ticket holders of the Jets & Giants that is Personal Seat Liscences (PSL)?
